Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and exceeding passenger or weight limits is not permitted. Driving beyond the agreed geographical limits requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Dungannon is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business that may result from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for your rental in the last 12 months.
